We will work closely with you and your vendor team to help guide you through the planning and coordinating process. It doesn't have to be daunting, it's actually a lot of fun!

The following packages include a summary of the services we are able to execute for your event.
Our packages are
tailored to you; therefore while your services for Event Management will depend on the number of hours you book
with us, all of our packages can be customized.
Each package also includes use of our emergency kits, a discount on our rentals, and assistant attendance day of.
• One-hour consultation meetings, as
booked
• Unlimited email correspondence
• Provide a list of preferred vendors
• Assist clients in creating day of timeline by
coordinating with vendors and venue
• Minimum 5 to maximum 12 day of hours, as
booked
• Set up décor, centerpieces, specialty tables,
and place settings
• Coordinate with vendors on timeline and through out the event
• Facilitate guest transportation and assist guest
throughout the event
• Distribute final payment/tip envelopes
• Assist with tear down of decorations and
storing cards and gifts
• Minimum of 4, one-hour consultation and vendor meetings
• Unlimited email correspondence
• Provide a list of preferred vendors
• Vendor management
• Assist clients in creating day of timeline by
coordinating with vendors and venue
• Pre-event errands, in-town only
• Minimum 8 to maximum 15 day of hours, as
booked
• Set up décor, centerpieces, specialty tables, and place settings
• Coordinate with vendors on timeline and through out the event
• Facilitate guest transportation and assist guest throughout the event
